Capacitive Sensors - Perfromance

Capacitive sensors from XECRO cover all popular housing diameters from Ø6.5mm to M30. Their high quality components and the high sensing distances make them suitable for almost all industrial purposes.
In order to integrate the sensors into different applications the sensors in M12, M18 and M30 are provided with a build-in multi-turn potentiometer to adjust their sensitivity and adapt them to different application requirements. The potentiometer is also an optional extra for Ø6.5 and M8 sensors.

Capacitive Ring-Sensors

With immediate effect XECROs ring-sensors are also available with CAPACITIVE detection. This makes the widely used line of ring-sensors even more flexible. Their capacitive function expands the field of application to detect non-metal objects in tubes as e.g. wooden dowels, glue balls, plastic screws or just as detector for rising water level.
All these abilities make the capacitive ring-sensor a great alternative to ring-light barriers.

Inductive Sensors M30 - Sn=50mm

XECRO unveils the new inductive sensors in M30x1.5 with an unshielded sensing distance of 50(!) mm -  25% more Sn of what our closest competitor is able to provide.

Inductive Sensor M12 - very short

XECRO announces the availability of new inductive sensors (M12) with a total body length of 22mm only. These new sensors are immediately available for shielded mounting with sensing distances of 2mm, 4mm and 6mm. They come with a 3mm thin cable to simplify mounting when it needs to be bended directly behind the sensor.

Capacitive Sensors 40x40

XECRO is now offering its capacitive technology also in the popular 40x40 housing with the flexible 5-direction head.

Inductive Sensors 40x40

The new 40x40 enclosure from XECRO offers best flexibility due to its rotating sensing head which can be mounted in five directions. The sensors provide NO + NC outputs (10… 30 VDC) and are also available in 2-wire for 20…250 VAC.

Photoelectric Sensors 31x20

This new series of diffuse reflective, polarized retro reflective, retro reflective for transparent obects and through beam photoelectric sensors comes in a miniature 31x20 mm housing.

Touch Switches Ø22mm

The unique DuraTouch® has been designed to operate machines without fatigue. As soon as a hand or finger touches the surface, the switch detects the presence and instantly indicates this event. Their complete solid-state design and the two color LED illumination offers the highest reliability. They fit in the same mounting holes as mechanical switches from Klöckner™ and Siemens™ require.

Multi-Color LED-Indicators Ø22mm

These very flexible Multi-Color LED-Indicators from XECRO fit into the same mounting holes as the Ø22mm DuraTouch® uses and were also required for the mechanical switches and filament lamps from Siemens™ and Moeller™. Each LED path can be driven individually to select one of seven different colors enabling the user to display situations with a single flexible indicator. Each indicator additionally can be upgraded with a pictogram to point the meaning of it even more.
